The Enlightened Enterprise Academy is run as social enterprise. An Executive team supports a global Faculty of experts from a wide range of disciplines who are encouraged to collaborate across disciplines. Faculty members are a mix of academics with subject matter expertise and practical experience, plus senior level practitioners with applied knowledge and expertise. 

The Academy produces Executive Programmes, Events and other initiatives. It also creates and disseminates practical knowledge in multi-media formats. This includes the content for the services the academy offers.
